	Quinoa, pronounced KEEN-wah, is a 'pseudo-cereal', grain-like superfood from the Andes Mountains in Ecuador. It was first cultivated over 7,000 years ago, making it one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world. Add 1 tbsp of oil to water and salt to taste. 2) Add pasta to boiling water. 3) Let pasta boil for 3 minutes, occasionally stirring lightly. 4) Drain well and rinse with hot water, serving immediately.
